SHIPMENT OF ORDERS AND DELIVERY
We deliver from our warehouse in Portugal or from any of our representative offices to wherever you are.
Expedition to other countries rather then Portugal: value under consultation.
International orders are subject to the legal import fees of the country of destination. CORKCHO cannot predict the value of them, since it differs from country to country. We advise our customers to contact local authorities for more information.
The normal delivery time for countries within Europe is up 7 working days, meanwhile Rest of the World can vary up to 20 days. If this deadline is extended, please contact our Customer Support Service.
Orders are shipped by mail.
SWAPS AND RETURNS
Will surely be satisfied with your order. However, if it is not fully satisfied, CORKCHO performs the exchange of any article, once returned without use and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase, within a maximum of fifteen working days. But before that please contact us by email.
Once submitted, our claims department will be in contact with you usually within the same business day, with a Return Authorization Number.
After inspection, a replacement item(s) will be issued and will be shipped. If your item fails to meet your return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed.
After inspection, the return is then processed and a refund will be issued. You should see the credit on your account within 2-4 business days.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once the returned product with arrives in our warehouse, it may take 1-2 business days to process. It normally does not take this long, however in some cases it may.
As per company policy, the customer is responsible for the Shipping back to our warehouse for their return/exchange.

The return cost of any article is your responsibility, except in the case of exchanges or returns caused by CORKCHO. In this particular situation, the cost will be assumed by us.
The returned items are your responsibility until you reach our warehouse. So please make sure that you will marketable prepare them the best way for shipping. Please save the receipt of the dispatch as proof of submission.
